Compiled on this webpage are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions by River Ridge RV and Boat Storage customers. 

  • Can I make a reservations through DoorLoop?
    No. For reservations, please contact (706) 946-0355 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm).
  • Is the River Ridge RV and Boat Storage lot open 24/7?
    Yes, the River Ridge RV and Boat Storage lot is open 24/7 to any customer who is both current on lease term dues AND has been assigned an access code.
  • When can I check-in?
    Once final payment has been made and the lease has been signed, an access code and lot number will be assigned. Tenants will be able to check-in once they receive this information. Check-in times are daily from 8am - 8pm.
  • When do I check-out?
    Every lease has an end date on it. The departure date is the end date that is specified. The gate access code will expire at 8pm on the lease end date. For example, a reservation made from 10.1.23 - 10.3.23 will have an access code that expires at 8pm on 10.3.23. *Any equipment still in the storage lot after the designated check-out day will incur a $10 fee up to an additional day of rent.*
  • I need to speak to someone regarding my storage reservation. What are the regular business hours?
    River Ridge RV and Boat Storage Business Hours: Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm *Any messages received before or after business hours will be responded to the next business day.*
  • The DoorLoop app is not working for me. What should I do?
    Please contact DoorLoop Technical Support directly with any tenant portal questions: https://www.doorloop.com/contact
  • How do I add an extra day to my reservation?
    To add days to your short- or long-term storage reservation, please call (706) 946-0355 during regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 9am-4pm).
  • The equipment that I plan to store has changed. What should I do?
    Whenever your storage equipment information has changed, please contact (706) 946-0355 to update your reservation. Spaces are assigned by equipment length and on check-in day, there is no guarantee that a longer size lot will be available. Lot Lengths: 32' Max - 12 lots 42' Max - 30 lots* *Eight (8) of these lots will accommodate equipment up to 48'
  • I have lost my access code. What should I do?
    The access code is written on both the short-term and long-term physical lease copy. For additional gate code support, please contact (706) 946-0355 during regular business hours.
